Kat Quin (nee. Merewether) is an author and illustrator, based in Waikato, Aotearoa. Kat is the creative mind behind the Kuwi the Kiwi, Kuwi & Friends, Kiwicorn and Flit the Fantail series, and the founder of Illustrated Publishing.
Illustrated Publishing is a small press & studio, originally set up in 2002 to assist with the design and illustration of tertiary resources for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. 20 years later, we are still loving our mahi! We have expanded to create and produce beautifully illustrated children books & early learning te reo Māori resources.
