ORDERING NOTE: Sold in Packs of 2
Kōwhaiwhai: A traditional artform that communicates tribal narratives. It is an abstract visual artform, mostly painted, and seen in the rafter (heke) patterns of meeting houses (wharenui). The koru and kape are normally the main elements that are used to create a kōwhaiwhai pattern. The kōwhaiwhai pattern we've created for this product refers to growth.
